Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Roster Card. By creating a card or using the platform, you agree to them.
Last updated July 26, 2026
1. Who we are
Roster Card (“Roster Card,” “we,” “us”) is a social network for creative professionals and entrepreneurs, operated by Style Driven. These Terms form an agreement between you and Style Driven.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Roster Card. One person, one account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to your card — your name, bio, portfolio, links, and posts. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating Roster Card. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for making sure it doesn’t infringe someone else’s rights.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Roster Card to harass, impersonate, or deceive others; to post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content; to scrape, spam, or abuse the platform or its members; or to attempt to break, probe, or circumvent its security. We may remove content, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these rules or harm the community.
5. Exposure Bucks
Exposure Bucks (EB) are in-app points earned through activity. They have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be purchased or redeemed for money, and may be adjusted or reset if we detect abuse or errors. EB and rarity tiers are features of the platform, not property.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Roster Card is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify members. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
